Cant edit duplicated track without changing the original one

Well i cant seem to find a way to edit a duplicated track after coping and pasting on mulitrack, without chanigng the original track.Ive been trying to search a way to do this cuzz i dont want to recorde another track just for this cause ;(

Right-click on your copied/duplicated track and choose the option from the dropdown menu "Convert to unique copy".  Then it can be edited without the edits also affecting the original.
