is there and easy way to align choruses and hooks in multitrack view? usually I copy and paste...and then line them up by ear. which seems to be a bit tedious and sometimes time consuming, but ive always done it like that since I was self taught in audition. so now im wondering if theres an easy way to do this in the program to make them line up correctly in beat, if so can someone lay out step by step directions. thanks!

Ears are best! However if you know the tempo of the music you can set the Timescale to Bars and Beats at that tempo to give you a bit more of a visual guide to where to place your audio.

ryclark is absolutely right - your ears are the only tool you need for this. Leaving aside any other considerations, Audition doesn't really have 'ears' as such (although listening to what Remix can do, you begin to wonder), and consequently there is no tool that can help you to align them. That said, if you have your stuff aligned on bars and beats, it's relatively simple to do by eye.
