I AM USING PREMIERE CS3 AND AM HAPPY, BUT I NEED TO DOWNLOAD A CS3 VERSION OF AUDITION.  CAN I BUY ONE OR DOWNLOAD A VERSION?

There never was a CS3 version of Audition, as Audition wasn't in the Creative Suite at that point. The only version dating back to then that's still available is Audition 3 (not the same thing). See here:

You have to make sure that you follow the instructions carefully, otherwise this won't work.
