Custom templates, keyboard shortcuts etc are gone.

Hi...

Every Thursday, I open Audition and hit a couple of custom shortcut keys, pick my recording template and start recording. Not today. None of my customized settings (templates, shortcuts) are there. I am using version 14, it's build 14.4.0.38. Can someone tell me how to get them back??? Please??
