Dropped Samples in Export file?

Hey guys, question about "detected dropped samples". I know why it happens and I know how to mitigate it. My question is this: do these dropped samples appear if I export the multi track? (Or are these samples only appearing because I'm playing the audio and therefore don't translate to an export?) thanks!

Can't really answer this question because we don't have anything like enough information about why the samples are being dropped. When exactly do you get the message?

There are many reasons why this can happen and as SteveG has mentioned more information would be handy but in the meantime make sure that the sample rate of your audio interface matches that of the session

If samples are dropped then they haven't been recorded and therefore aren't in the media
How bad this is depends on how many are dropped
