Hi, with Adobe Audio I am looking to achieve this - is it possible?

1x "core" audio file: "I came across your company and blah blah blah x y z"

And *dynamically* insert at the very start, variable audio, which will be a person's name e.g. "Daniel!"

Does Adobe Audio have an API whereby this could be inserted to the start of the core audio track, dynamically and on-the-fly so you get a full file returned quickly for use in a web app?

Not as it stands, no. Whether you could develop one rather depends upon how the SDK handles external file issues, and that's beyond the scope of this forum; you need to start here. There's slso a rather enigmatic thread here with some links in it, but nothing beyond that can we deal with.
