el ajuste preestablecido no se a cargado correctamente

hola por favor ayuda!!! adobe cc 2020 me saca el siguiente mensaje cuando uso compresor de banda unica

en audition me sale un recuadro que dice "el ajuste preestablecido no se a cargado correctamente"

como lo soluciono? gracias

It works fine here on a PC, and I daresay that if there was a generic problem with this we would have heard about it by now. It may be that your Preferences folder has got corrupted - you can clear this and get back to the default settings by starting Audition with the Shift key held down, but you will lose any personal preferences and presets that you've made. Other than that, you could try deleting the appropriate file on its own but then you'd have to locate the folder. I'd give you the path but you haven't said whether this is on a Mac or a PC...

I have same problem in Mac. What is the path to locate the file?

/Users/{username}/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Audition/{version no}/ and then probably EffectPresets.xml but whether this will work depends rather on what exactly has happened - so all bets are off.
