FEATURE REQ: Video Sync offset for external displays

It would be really useful to have the capability set a Video Sync Offset in milliseconds for external displays (like Premiere Pro).

YES!!  It is a vital part of any pro audio world. 

I inherited a university class to teach advanced audio this semester. We use HDMI-SDI-HDMI conversion for the projected screen in studio and to push the video signal into the student gallery, VO booth, and foley room. The latency is 104ms (using Catchin' Sync). That is almost three frames. I will not be teaching Premere again until this is possible.
