Full Screen and Customize Effects POSSIBLE ?

Hello is that possible to put audition in really full screen on two monitors as when push F11 in chrome,

Second question, how to custom apparance effects, for the purpose to had my effets favoris direct, whitout sub-classed  as "modulation,dynamics, VST>fabfilter"

It is possible to drag Audition across two screens, but if they are of a different aspect ratio, then you may lose some of the display on one of them. It is not possible to customise the appearance of the effects any more than the provisions made in Edit>Preferences>Effects, which gives you a little choice over how they are listed, but not much.

You can change the way that third party VST effects are shown in the menu to some extent from Preferences/Effects/Sort Effects Menu By. Also if you have favorites then you can add them to the Favorites menu by clicking on the Star icon shown in each effects panel. You can save it with whatever name you want to give it so that it appears where you want in the Favorites menu. once they appear in the Favorites menu you can adjust their position in the list from the Edit favorites box.

The internal ones? Unlikely. Audition's development is more along the lines of functionality, and customising effects isn.t really a part of that.
