has Adobe added folders to Audition yet?

It seems since 2020 3.8k people supported the idea of folders in Audition, do we have that option yet?  And if so how does one create a folder in audition to categorize the hundreds of little files we sometimes have in there?

A shiny new Audition 2024 just was released and there are still no folders. Insert angry emoji and any explative you feel is appropriate here. It was in the Beta for a while 2 years ago, and nothing yet.

Because apparently Adobe doesn't really care about what people want. So ridiculous, so many other softwares have that set up, even some of their other products but they can't be bothered to make it in Audition.

I suspect that if it turned up in a beta, but went away again, there would be a good reason for that. Most likely this has to do with cross-app compatibility but as I said, it's been rather quiet and nobody's said what the real issue is. The amount Adobe care about any given group of people is directly proportional to their buying clout. So if a broadcaster paying for 2 million seats (yes they exist) wants it, they'll probably get it. If a paltry 3.8 thousand want it, well...

It's all a matter of scale, but this time I don't think that's got anything to do with it - it's much more likely to be technical.

no way to create new folders in file panel and organise hundredrs of tracks or SFX?! the same way like in Premier or After Effects...incredible 😠
