Having trouble with the dynamic link between Audition and Premiere

Explorer ,
Dec 02, 2019 Dec 02, 2019

Hi,

My issues is that when I'm in Adobe Premiere I will highlight an audio clip, right click on it, and select "Edit Clip in Adobe Audition." In the past, Audition has opened and the clip will be available to edit. However, now Audition opens but the clip doesn't transfer over.

Any ideas on what could be wrong or how to get the clip to transfer over using this method?

Some additional information if it helps:

I am using a MacBook Pro 10.15.1 (all up to date)

2.5 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7

16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

AMD Radeon R9 M370X 2 GB Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB Graphics

I have installed Premiere and Audition 2020 (and un-installed and re-installed both versions).

I've restarted my computer multiple times.

I've renamed the dynamic link folders "Dynamiclinkmanager.old" and "Dynamiclinkmediaserver.old"

I've cleared all my cache.

I've uninstalled all the older versions of Premiere and Audition.

Thank you!

Having the same issues as you after Catalina upgrade, Premiere and Audition 2020 upgrade. Does not work even after downgrading to older CC versions that have previously worked.
