Hopeful Ai Audition feature

Hi. Any chance the Adobe developer team will add Ai to Audition to assist in voice changes? I use Audition to record audio for cartoon animation and having presets to help change my voice that I can then save for each particular character would be an enormous time saver for me. I'm female and would like to make my masculine  character voices more believable. Thanks much!

Three things: Firstly, the developers rarely, if ever, read this forum so they won't see your request anyway. Secondly, they never divulge what features they are going to add in advance (but see my suggestion below), and thirdly, what they introduce into Audition isn't determined by them at all - or even us to any degree. Mostly this is down to what the big-ticket users want - simply because the ones with hundreds of thousands of seats are paying Adobe's wage bill. Not us...

If you want the developers to see any request of this nature, you are much better off putting it in the Beta forum, as I believe they look at this. It's worth it because even though they won't take any direct notice, they'll put it on a list. Certainly the way this used to work (and probably still does) is that it's these ideas on the list that get put to the major users to see if any of them resonate with them. If they do, then you're in with a chance. If they don't - well then it's very unlikely to happen, I'm afraid.

I can't speak to how the Audition forums work but in other forums adobe staff will answer, and they will hear and pass on feature requests.

I don't really think it matters where you post these things, if it's a good idea and if it's doable, it may happen. Maybe if the idea on some cusp, say if it borders on being too niche, pushing it to where programmers look might help build momentum. But you should expect that adobe watches its Feature Request topic for feature requests, the alternative would really be kind of offensive.

It's already been pointed out that they do!

But this forum is not the one for Feature Requests; those can be posted to the dedicated requests forum.

Should also point out that unless Adobe has completely changed its mind (very unlikely), the development staff aren't encouraged to frequent the U2U forums. There are Adobe staff on the forums team, certainly, and you may get a response from them, but getting a reply directly from a developer is rare.

My experience was that there was a visible intermediary in the forum. If this one doesn't have one, that's a problem. But as the other person pointed out, maybe that adobe rep is in the feature requests section? Its certainly not inspiring confidence in the product if you never see Adobe staff on the Audition board.
it does feel like the product isn't developing very rapidly? Idk.
Don't want it to seem like your doubts aren't valid.

Only for you. If anything in this forum requires a developer comment, then it gets one - we see to that. If this wasn't a satisfactory arrangement, Adobe wouldn't leave it like that.

I see. I misread your first comment then, it read a bit more negative than the picture I see now. Which is good.
