How do I find tracks that aren't in my open recent?

Assuming that it's where you left it, you have to use Open, and navigate to where the session file is from there. When you find it, just opening the session file should reinstate the session, assuming that all of the associated files are where they were when the session was last saved.

For those looking for a solution now, try searching on your computer for a recent project you're working on in Audition now, and see where that file is being saved. It helped me find an older "Recent" project!
