How do I find tracks that aren't in my open recent?

I want to improve a project a made a while ago but im not sure how to open it because its not in my open recent.

Assuming that it's where you left it, you have to use Open, and navigate to where the session file is from there. When you find it, just opening the session file should reinstate the session, assuming that all of the associated files are where they were when the session was last saved.
