How to buy Cool Edit Pro?

I have Cool Edit 2000. It includes a function called "Clip Restoration". However, it is a DEMO version. How can I purchase this function to upgrade it to a full version?

And so far, it's a HUGE pain in the ass.  Bring back Cool Edit Pro, that we all know how to use....
