How to fix "watery" sound quality

I recorded a zoom call and the audio sounds "watery" (that's the best way I can think to describe it). There's a bit of an underwater quality to the sound, with background noise that is kind of like being underwater, and the person talking is a little bit muffled at times in the same way someone sounds when underwater. I've tried the "dereverb" optiona and the "denoise" option and they help but it's still not great. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Below I've attached a sample of my audio and an image of the spectral frequency display.
