HUB DISAPPEAR HELP

I can't see wave/multi-track switch button, as well as razor/move tool buttons. There should be toolbar here.

And show HUD is turned on in view menu. I tried to turn off and on and restart audition or my PC but don't work

How do I get it back? Thanks in advance!
