I can only see two of my four microphones in auditon

I'm on a scarlett 18i8 and they all appear in mixcontrol and work fine, but in audition I only see two of them.

Mac or PC, and if it's a PC which drivers are you using? If you aren't using ASIO, then you'll only see two anyway...
