So if you click on the twirl-down arrow you get nothing? Your screen-grab doesn't prove anything, as it always looks like that when you start a new session.
The other thing is that you should be grateful, because this gives me the opportunity to say that under no circumstances that I can think of, should you ever use the podcast template. It's full of weird settings and is supposed to be some sort of 'exemplar' - but this doesn't take account of the fact that the majority of people attempting to use it have no idea of this, nor how to get around it. Which is why we get loads of posts about it, and we have to say the same to all of them - which is that you are much better off using the default (or 'none') which will give you six basic tracks to start off with. If you need to do other things, you explore from there, rather than having to unpick the podcast template mess.
