I don't have Pitch Correction effect in CS5.5

Under Time and Pitch in Effects I only have Stretch and Pitch, no Pitch Correction.  Is Pitch Correction something I can download?

I believe Pitch Correction was first introduced in CS6.

Yes that is correct - no pitch correction available until CS6
