I'm New! (OP has 'solved' playback problem)

Reviewing a few tutorials I have not found the answer to what I am sure is an easy solution to my problem.

I laid down a music track in waveform. Saved it. I then inserted that track into a Multitrack session. I previewed it, It played. I edited it. When I went to play the track. Nothing. I can't get the edited track to play. I've explored around but to no avail. I am certain it is a simple oversight but I am new and trying to learn my way around. Thanks for any helpful advice.

I don't know how I figured it out but I did. Still, any advice is great advice, thanks.

Can you recreate the situation? Is it possible the "output" got changed to "none" instead of master?
