I tried everything, but I can not take the noise profile that I have on my track. I select the song in question, but the option remained grayed out. What for?

Noise reduction as a process only works on 'real' files, so it won't ever work in Multitrack view - because it's virtual. You can only apply process-based effects in Waveform view.
