Interiewee audio not recording

I am new to Adobe Audition and I am trying to record podcast interviews. When I record the session, my audio is recorded, but the interviewee's audio is not being recorded. Below is my set-up, I am using a USB mic and the first time I tried it, everything worked great. I must have done something different, but can't figure out what it is.

All I can see on your screen grab is that you are recording the same microphone on each of the two channels enabled to record... is the rest obvious?
