Is it possible for me to "Songify dialogue", similar to the "Songify the News"?

Is it possible for me to "Songify dialogue", similar to the "Songify the News" things, using Adobe Audition or Premiere?

Basically getting normal speech to sound like it is auto-tuned and "singing" along with the music. Is this possible using any of that software?

I guess this is an example?

You certainly can't do this in Audition, and I wouldn't have thought that Premiere could either. That requires some specialist software for a start, and then a load of extra processing. You might want to look at something like Melodyne initially, although it's going to take a lot of work.

Yeah, I thought so.

Also seems like whatever pitch shifting they're doing, it may be manual?  Is there any software that exists that can makes the process automatic?

Or at least, significantly faster?

No, that will be manual, because no software will know what notes you need it pitched at. Melodyne is as good as it's going to get when it comes to retuning sung notes, which is why it's fearfully expensive. And then you have the hassle of editing the words to fit whatever music you're using. This is not going to be an easy job. You will notice in your example that a lot of the phrases already almost fit the music, and that will make a huge difference to the amount of work you have to do.

You can do this in Adobe Audition but not natively. The closest natvie effect would be Effects > Time and Pitch > Automatic Pitch Correction...

I'd suggest using a plugin like Waves Tune. There's an example of how I'd use it to create the effect you're after in my video from 6:54.
