Is it possible to remove echo from a webinar?

This was originally posted in the Premiere forum but was suggested I try in the Audition forum.

I downloaded a webinar as a mp4 and towards the end there is suddenly rather a lot of echo in the presenters voice.

I tried dereverb and this does absolutely nothing at all so I was wondering whether there are any other ways which I could try?

Thanks

Not really, I'm afraid. That's the best shot there is in Audition, and it's rarely very successful, often making things significantly worse. Some people claim that more advanced apps like the one in iZotope's RX can do it better, but I've yet to hear any evidence of that myself.
