Is there a way to export a workspace that I create in Audition?

Actually, not just Audition, but any of the Adobe programs? Each time I upgrade I have to start over.

In your Preferences folder, there's a subfolder called Workspace. You need to copy the one you want to keep, and lose the one that's presently installed.
