It would only be possible if you could have a 'normal' file link to any directory it's stored in. A lot of people have experienced difficulties with cloud storage in general when they've tried using remote-access files directly, though - there seem to be a number of issues over handshaking if you try to open remote files directly in a target app. We have discovered that the only way to get Audition to work reliably is only to work with local files. In other words, download from storage as a separate process which relies only on normal data handshaking, rather than trying to read directly into Audition, which has been known to leave gaps when the file stream has interruptions in it.
