Is there anyway to automatically match .wav files settings to Adobe Audition like in Premiere where it ask you if you want to use the Sequence settings or your Video settings off the clip coming in.  Adobe Audition automatically converts the files to a copy with what the Adobe Audition setting were set to Before any files were coming in.

Rather than workaround and delete every single file from either what came in or what has been converted, is there a way for it to automatically setup to the files coming in but I assume if you are dragging in like multiple different file setups like 44k 48Khz, 24-bit, 32-bit, 16-bit, it's just Easier for Audition to convert all the files to that layout?

Audition will always convert files that aren't set to the session file standard you are using. It's not because it's easier - it will only work at all if the format is the same for all the files, hence the copies.
