Using Audition 2020 and a Presonus 68 box for podcast recording.  I downloaded drivers and instlled.  After setting the hardware preferences, when I go to assign the input options to the channels, I am only give 2 of the 4 input options.  The Presonus 68 box has 4 inputs and Auditon is only letting me select either 1/2 OR 3/4 - menaing I can only use 2 of the 4 Presonus lines.  Any suggestions?

You haven't said whether you are running a Mac or a PC, but if it's a PC you will only ever get four inputs available if you use the ASIO driver, not the MME one. The MME driver provides no more than the minimum Windows spec, which is 2 available inputs.

Thank you sir! I am running a PC with Windows 10. I need to mix a 3-4
person podcast. Any recommendations on an input box I should use for
recording? I'm a novice at Audition, but I have a fair amount of live
sound experience. Thanks again for taking the time to answer my questions!

You should be okay with what you're currently using - you just need to use the correct driver, and then I believe that you'll see each of the four inputs you've got - you select them as individual mono inputs, one per track. So you need to change the device class to ASIO (having installed the Presonus drivers, which should include ASIO as far as I can tell), and then all four should show up as recordable sources in the track input boxes in Multitrack view.

I have to say though, that having looked carefully through the whole of the manual for the Presonus 68, nowhere does it explicitly say you can do this, or how you might need to set up the control panel to do it. I'm assuming that you can, simply on the grounds that there appears to be no way to record from the other two inputs otherwise, and that would be pretty pointless. But you'll definitely need the ASIO driver, not any other - that much we can be absolutely clear about.
