Keyboard Shortcuts

An issue with attempting to apply shortcuts (in build 11.0.0.199).  Most are not working, and with recorded favorites I have created, I am receiving an error message  "the recorded time selection could not be applied."  Additionally, I cannot open the "Visual Display" keyboard.  Forum suggestion is that perhaps I am using the incorrect operating system.  I am using Windows 10 HOME.  Grateful for any suggestions!  Many thanks!

Hi Stuart Norfleet,

Sorry for the issue. Check the windows 10 version number from Run > type Winver > Click Enter. Please share us the screenshot.
