The latency on Auditions is horrible when using a usb mic. Ive watch every tutorial on the planet and still nothing is helping. Help?

If your mic has a monitor headphone output on the mic itself, which is a direct feed from the capsule with no digitising, then use that. Latency in your system we can do nothing about; it's caused by the finite amount of time it takes to digitise your mic (this happens in the mic itself), send it via USB, process it though the OS and Audition, and then send it to your sound device, where it also takes a finite amount of time to convert it back to an analog signal that your headphones can use. The only part of this that you can speed up is an option that won't be available to you because of the mic you are using - and that's to use an ASIO driver. And even that will only speed up what happens in the OS part of the processing.
The usual solution to this is to use a normal mic into an external sound device that has it's own monitoring system built into it, as they pretty much all do - for exactly this reason. USB mics are fine for Zoom, and stuff like that, but unless you have one with built-in monitoring - and they are available - then they won't do you any favours at all, because you will be forced to use the computer's processing to hear what you are doing.
