Lining up audio tracks from an interview that used multiple microphones

I was recently part of a recorded in-person interview where each of us had our own mics.  We were just in a conference room, with no ability to create an environment that would have been better for the recording, unfortunately. As a result, each single microphone was able to pick up some amount of the other speakers.  To make matters worse, one of the recording devices was set to record at 48 Hz instead of 44.1, and so after resampling that one track keeps phasing in and out of alignment with the other two.

My question is, can Audition line these tracks up for me so that I don't have to go through the entire file and duck the tracks individually?
