Media Browser

Held for an hour at Adobe support.  No answer, so I'm reposting.  Ever since I upgraded to High Sierra, the location thats shows in my media browser section changes.  It is defaulting to a folder called 'Audio,".  Each time I record a new audio file, I have to manually navigate back to "desktop," "audio," where the file was recorded to.Screen Shot 2017-11-28 at 9.47.30 AM.pngScreen Shot 2017-11-28 at 9.47.46 AM.png

Thanks!  That did not work.  The permissions were already set to read/write.

Update:  I uninstalled and re-installed the program and it still doesn't work correctly.  I see the audio files but the media browser is not refreshing like it used to so I can see new files JUST recorded...
