MP3 licensing has expired , is so hard for adobe release lame mp3 amio encoder plugin?

hi

seeing that MP3 licensing has expired, and seeing the lame is the state of art for mp3 (even it's lossy audio files) , could someone at least relase the lame encoder plugin in amio format?

so it's easy it's enough to copy in the amio folder , and at least have the best encoder

about lame it's really strange that audition and adobe have never taken in consideration to add the best encoder

i have used steinberg wavelab v6 ,v7 and v8 and they use lame.dll at least under windows

would be really appreciate have lame 3.100 in amio
