Multitrack cuts won't play in headphones

Hello... I am working at a small radio station on a new computer. I am working on mixing a story in Multitrack, and I can't get cuts to play through the headphones. They play back through headphones in Edit mode, but when I switch to multitrack they play only through the . I have looked at Audio Hardware Setup, and the settings look similar for both modes. I've also tried plugging the headphones into the monitor speaker as well as the computer tower. I'm using a Dell Optiplex 750, Adobe Audition 3.0, Behringer Monitor Speakers MS16... Does anyone know what's going on?

Make sure that each Track in the Multitrack has Master selected as it's output. And that the Master Track has the correct audio output selected as it's destination.
