Why does adobe audition sometimes automatically rename by adding a suffix to the filename when saving selection and sometimes it does not and you have to rename the file yourself.

When I download the file from itunes I have to rename it and when I download from tracklib It autorenames it

I guess it's an irrelevant issue as you can or you're supposed to save the regions with sub clip markers and then export them.

But also why does the first subclip region never get imprinted properly on the waveform? Only 2 and greater are acknowledged
