Audition cannot perform 'miracles' like they tried to kid you they could on CSI, I'm afraid. Removing a voice from a dialogue would be one of those. There are very few circumstances where even partially this is possible. Can you post a sample? If it's mono, then there's no point - the only thing you can do is to work your way through it and do manual deletions. And if the voice you want to delete talks across another, you'll lose both.
