Got a noise print for a Track, and then went through my favourite saved process for the clip. Uploaded another clip and I keep getting the 'Noise print is incompatible with this file'. Files are from the same source, and I have tried to open in new projects, multi tracks but now all I get is this message, what have I missed in the process?

Maybe the source is the same, but is the bit rate and depth identical? Also, have you used the NR with different settings subsequent to when you created your noise profile? Specifically, have you changed the FFT size setting?

My workflow ids record from the h5, then upload into Prewmier pro then open in Audition from there, still no luck.

Not sure you still need help with this but I found the problem/solution. I found that my audio was split between left and right and so I just needed to right click the audio and choose something like, combine them into one (can't remember the exact phrasing) and it resolved the issue and allowed me to apply my favorites effect to the audio.

This solution worked for me. I right-clicked and chose the "Extract Channels to Mono Files" option and it worked from there on.

After using my favorite Audition preset for voice successufully many times, my system began giving the "The Noise print is incompatible with this file" message. . The saved Audio preset chain included: 20band EQ , Parameteric EQ, Hard liniter, Amplify, Adaptive Noise Resuction, and a Multiband compressor. After tweeking many settings and parameters, the audio preset was still not working.
Fortunately for me, I had written down all the settings for each one of the functions in my audio preset. I simply re-created (recorded) the function chain again and saved it using a different name. . It's back to normal again. The Audition Audio preset is working well once again. I'm assumiing the original audio preset had somehow become corrupted. I hope this helped someone.

Leeca77. I had the same issue. Fortunately for me, I had written down all the setting and parameters for my Audition Audio Preset. The solution: I re-created the Adobe Audio Preset and saved it using a dofferent name. It's working great once again.
