Noise reduction process removes almost all sound

I have used the noise reduction process numerous times, however I am by no means an expert on the matter.

The defaults almost always work very well for me, however today the process has stopped working and removes almost all sound from the audio. This happens on all the different files I have tried as well. It occurred abruptly without me changing any setting that I was aware of.

This happens when I use the link from premiere pro to render and replace with a clip edited in audition. I have reinstalled audition in case there was settings I had changed mistakenly as well but this did not solve the problem.

Is there anything obvious that I am doing wrong?

I have uploaded a video showing what happens, as well as a screenshot of the settings. Screen Shot 2017-01-20 at 5.26.39 PM.png

Oh, yes! The NR is doing exactly what you've told it to!

You have a check in the 'Output Noise Only' box, and that's exactly what it's doing. You need to take the check out of this box before you will get any results at all. So the process is for the NR to 'learn' the noise, so you select just noise only from your file, and then run the NR - but for normal NR you never need a check in this box at all.
