Hi Everyone,

Can anyone help or explain this to me?

When I see tutorials on using the Parametric EQ the display shows the frequency analasys in the background, but when I use it it does not.

I've searched for a reason why or if there is a setting to turn this on, but I can't find anything.

The seperate Frequency Analyser window works just fine.

Thanks,

Phil

Could you give us a link to one of these tutorials, please? Much easier to see what's going on that way.

Hi Steve,

No tutorial in particular, just all of them.

Here's one for example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DAhHmlcodYw

At about 3 minutes in he plays the file and you see the Analyser in the effect.

Thanks,

Phil

Okay, I see what you mean. It works fine on this machine, but you have to bear in mind that this overlay is essentially controlled by your video driver. There have been several examples of visual display artifacts not working correctly because of this (especially involving Nvidia...) so that would be the first thing to check and see if there's an update for.
