Playhead on HiDPI Display

I'm using Adobe Audition on a 32" UHD display on Windows 11.  I have Windows scaling set to 150%, otherwise, everything is much too small.  AA scales just fine, except for one annoying characteristic.  When I move the playhead around with the arrow keys, it jumps back and forth between wide and narrow with each press of a left/right arrow - wide, narrow, wide, narrow...

I can solve the problem by setting the AA Windows shortcut properties to ignore system scaling, and this works, but then some UI elements in AA are smaller than they should be.

It's not a dealbreaker, but does anyone know of a better solution?
