I'm just using adobe for basic editing of a wav file, same as i've done for the past few years and have never encountered this issue. I have no special plug-ins or anything, just a few small presets / hotkeys saved. Even when nothing else is running, after about 10 minutes of editing the playhead and scolling in and out is very jerky. I've tried uninstalling, updating both adobe and my Mac, but to no avail.
It's strange because it's fine when I open a file, but about 5-10 minutes in the jerk-ness starts. Any ideas? I've restarted, done a RAM reset, I don't want to reinstall my whole comptuer, but maybe that's the issue?
THANKS

The only obvious thing to check (it's certainly been an issue on Windows machines) is whether your video driver is up to date. That can certainly cause issues like this...
