Plugin preset name doesn't load

Hi

Whenever I reopen an Audition project it loads up fine with all my plugins, but without the preset name; instead it says "Custom". The preset is there, but not its name. It's driving me nuts!

To clarify: I insert a plugin, I select a preset, I save the project. I close Audition.

I reopen Audition, reopen the project, go to the plugin: I can hear the preset, but the name isn't there, only"Custom"!

I know the preset is in the drop-down list; the problem is that I don't necessarily remember which one it was!

I'm amazed - I've used Pro Tools, Logic, Cubase, Nuendo...none of them do this.

Thanks for your speedy response - It's much appreciated.

At the risk of being a pain, where should I post this as a Bug/Feature request?
