Hello!

When I apply any plugin directly (not through ER) - the waveform changes visually. But if I apply anything through Effects Rack in Multitrack view - the waveform stays the same all the time. Is there any way to make it transform by adding plugins on the Rack? It really helps me if the audio visualized...

No, you won't be able to do that. If you tried to do it, the extra processing burden would be prohibitative. I mean, it might be okay for one track, but by the time you'd applied the same principle to 64 tracks in a mix, it would be a different matter completely. All these things are processor-intensive, and most people would rather have the audio performance. I certainly would.

The effects rack behaves exactly the same way a single effect does - if you hit Apply on a rackfull of effects, you'll see the changes, just as you do with a single effect.

Thanks for your reply, SteveG and sorry, little correction: I'm working in a Multitrack view and I'm using effects rack exactly in the Multitrack view and I can't see any Apply button on the rack there. Is there any way to see the changes visually on the tracks in this view?
