Podcast Editing

I record my show using 3 Mics, and a H6 Zoom. When I transfer the audio to Audition I can never seem to clear the background on each audio track. It still picks up the other two hosts of the show, even at a distance away. Is there a clear cut way to completely cut the extra background noise? Obviously I don't want to change the main vocals on the the track, but if it picks mine and another person's voice up while the other host is talking into their own mic, how can I get rid of it? I have tried to noise print( noise reduction process) and learn sound model( sound remover) it and nothing seems to work. I am fairly new to editing any type of audio and to be honest I really can't seem to get this thing down right.

PLEASE HELP!!
