based on what i've seen on the web, audition need the support of adobe premiere to export files, is it really needed? i mean can i export someway my work with only audition? the problem is that i cannot pay 2 programs, one of them only to export the work from one application to the other

What exactly do you mean by 'export'? Audition is an audio editor, and it can edit and save files in a multitude of different formats. It also has a basic facility for creating CDs, but this is only meant for demos, etc - if you wanted to produce a CD that was going to be replicated, then you'd need specific software for sorting this out - like Sonoris, for instance, as Audition won't create DDP images. I don't know where you got the idea that Premiere is necessary to run Audition - that's absolutely not true. Premiere is a video editor, and Audition is an audio editor. You can do a 'round trip' of audio from video, sending it from Premiere to Audition and back again, certainly - but you can't save video formats using it, no - it only deals with the audio.
So if it's video you are talking about, then you'd be correct - audio files only with Audition.
