Record Sound from Webinar / seminar stream

I have Adobe Auditions both pre CC version and CC version on different apples.

I want to record streaming sound from online seminars etc.

Is there a way of getting Auditions to record sound that comes through my computer.

Its a real pain stopping and starting an online webinar/seminar to take notes and then write up my own thesis from this

You need to install something like Soundflower in order to be able to do that.
