I recently recorded a phone interview with ASIO with a buffer of 128. While recording, it sounded fine in the headphones but on playback it sounds like a robot. I did notice a lag between the timeline curser and the waveform but didn't think anything of it at the time. Is there a way to fix this? I was using the Rodecaster Pro II as my console but recorded into the computer and not on the console.

Once that's happened, there's no way it can be fixed, I'm afraid. You might want to try again with a larger i/o buffer size. Try doubling it, and if that doesn't work, try 512.
