Recording tracks it wont sync up to previous track

just installed audition using a focusrite scarlette 2 gen 3 interface 

When i try to record additional track the sync is way off I am playing to a click and its always off

please help

My guess is that when you are recording subsequent tracks you are listening to your playback out of your Master track.

You need to be monitoring what you are recording from your audio interface rather than from Audition's playback - if that makes any sense at all.
The reason is the latency that all computers have is such that by the time you hear what is playing it is already late when it is recorded.
