Hei guys,
So this is a simple idiotic question that I havent found the answer to yet. Basically i have this interview where there is a person speaking is saying "okay, that's briliant" in the bg. I have tried removing with Audition Extractor channel, Reduction Noise but it would get rid of the background noise as well, which I do not want. Any tips and trick?
Cheers!

If it is under the wanted dialogue then there is pretty much no chance. However if it is just in gaps between wanted sentences then find a chunk of background noise without the comment, copy it and use that to replace the gaps.

It's basically after the wanted dialogue. I tried copying and pasting that one space that i have of background noise and replacing it but you can hear slight bumbs and such

You would if you just cut and pasted it. You get much better control of this if you do it in Multitrack, where you can control the cross-fades, and alter them until you're happy with the result.
