I'm afraid that realistically, you can't undistort audio - there's simply no reference point for what it should sound like at any point to use as a basis for correction. Even applying some AI to it doesn't really make much difference, and if you want to try that for yourself, go here and give it a go. It is pretty much the limiting factor of audio processing, and anybody who could ever fix it would make a fortune. But don't hold your breath...
